Plant extracts, namely, cannabidiol, derived solely from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, used in the manufacture of non-medicated and non-therapeutic cosmetic emulsions and hemp creams, all of the foregoing containing cannabidiol and hemp derived solely from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
