HELPING HANDS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (HHBH)

Providing transitional living strategies for women in recovery, namely, offering a safe haven to shelter and strategize recovery; providing support for obtaining a General Equivalency Diploma (GED), vocational certifications and higher education programs; providing support for resume building and interview skills to obtain gainful employment; providing support for transportation to applicable medical, behavioral health appointments; cueing for activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure appropriate presentation; offering educational groups pertaining to applicable diagnoses, common coping skills and other applicable learning opportunities; providing case management services, namely, coordinating integrated health care services in the field of medical, behavioral, and mental health care to encourage success for independent living; providing emotional support service to those trying to obtain educational and vocational training; providing emotional counseling and support services to address specific needs of the patient pertaining to the education and management of medical, behavioral, and mental health disorders
