Clothing, namely, shirts, sweatshirts, t-shirts, bouses, tops, hosiery, socks, stockings, underwear, bodices, brassieres, tights, pants, jackets, shorts, briefs, panties, leggings, dresses, skirts, swimwear, gloves, wristbands, jerseys, pullovers, coats, vests, suits, scarves, neckties, sweaters, smocks, uniforms, aprons, robes, sweat bands, sleepwear, belts, collars, footwear, headgear, namely, hats, caps, ear muffs, headbands, visors, hoods only to the extent such clothing, footwear, and headwear has been treated with the protected family of hydro-functional polymers, thermo-functional polymers, phase-change materials (PCMs), hydrophilic softeners and complementary chemicals thereof
