An electronic marketplace that will provide investors with a secure, internet based interface to buy and sell interests in hedge funds,both US and non US domiciled funds. The exchange will match buyers and sellers of interests in hedge funds by searching for and matching corresponding buy and sell orders, then crossing the trade through a recognised stock exchange.
