Heartman is a character that I have been developing and is already registered with the U;S; Copyright office; I have sold and displayed images of Heartman in the forms of acrylic and oil paintings, mixed media collages, and a story using pen and ink drawings; The story "Song Of The Heartman" is going to be performed in May of 2005 at the Orlando Fringe Festival; It is my intent to use the name "Heartman" with the images publicly
