Promoting public awareness of the economic, cultural and natural health of the lakes, forests and communities on the Ontario/Minnesota border; association services, namely, promoting societal, ecological, and the natural and cultural resources of the Ontario/Minnesota border lakes region through collaboration to meet the needs of present and future generations

Educational services, namely, public lectures, discussion seminars, region-wide meetings, guided tours of cultural and historic sites, programs in the nature of field trips, outdoor expeditions and training workshops that promote the economic, cultural and natural health of the lakes, forests and communities on the Ontario/Minnesota border, and distributing training material in the nature of educational maps, news articles and press releases in connection therewith
