Healthy Stay is a program that certifies the sanitation and environmental health of Hotels and Lodging properties; To become eligible for the program, properties undergo an inspection and air/water analysis for health hazards such as allergens, mold, bacteria and lead; If a property is determined to have acceptable levels of these contaminants, the Healthy Stay certification is awarded can be promoted and used as a tool to differentiate the hotel from its competition
