Evaluation services rendered to providers of durable medical equipment, home health care services and other health care organizations by applicant with a view to issuance of certificates of accreditation namely, surveying and evaluating the structure for ethical business practices, process and outcome characteristics of providers of durable medical equipment, home health care services and other health care organizations to determine their conformity with certain prescribed standards
