Administration of self-funded, ERISA employee welfare benefit plans concerning medical, prescription, dental, vision, chiropractic and short-term disability insurance provided to employees represented by Labor Unions and their covered dependents; Administration of self-funded ERISA employee welfare benefit plans concerning medical and prescription insurance provided to retirees who formerly were represented by Labor Unions and formerly covered by self-funded, ERISA employee welfare benefit plans while employed; Administration of insured employee welfare benefit plans concerning life, accidental death and dismemberment and long-term disability benefits provided to employees represented by Labor Unions; Insurance administration of a coalition of independent prescription drug benefit plans; Assist in the administration of prescription drug benefit plans, namely, processing, administering and managing prescription drug benefit plans; Pharmacy benefit management services; Providing information in insurance matters for employees represented by Labor Unions and their covered dependents; Providing information in insurance matters for retirees who formerly were represented by Labor Unions
