Engineering and industrial design services in the fields of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering construction projects, namely engineering consulting, technical project planning assistance for the engineering design and engineering implementation of thee projects; mining and mineral exploration services; computer software and computer system studies; computer design for others; engineering consulting in the nature of project feasibility studies; Technical consulting services in the field of industrial engineering; Geotechnical engineering services; Engineering services for building and property condition assessment, facility management, repair and restoration and building instrumentation; Engineering services regarding maintenance and component upgrades for existing machines involved in complex industrial operations; Design and development of integrated data collection and wireless transmission hardware systems for equipment and for software applications associated with that equipment at industrial sites in the fields of mining, metallurgy, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, energy production, transportation construction projects, industrial and public infrastructure development, and in-vessel composting for organic material.

Permitting services for regulatory compliance, namely, obtaining environmental, design, zoning and other governmental permits for development projects which features preparation of operating permits for others, writing and presentation of technical memoranda and economic justification documents for permits, presentation of projects of others before members of government departments for permits in the fields of mining, metallurgy, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, energy production, transportation construction projects, industrial and public infrastructure development, and in-vessel composting for organic materials; expert witness services in legal matters in the fields of mining, metallurgy, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, energy production, transportation construction projects, industrial and public infrastructure development, and in-vessel composting for organic materials.
