Charitable services, namely, providing mentoring, tutoring, and coaching to 5th through 12th grade students; education services, namely, classes in the fields of math, English, science, social studies, fitness, health, wellness, and exercise; education services, namely, providing classes, seminars, workshops, tutoring, and mentoring to 5th through 12th grade students; coaching in the field of youth sports; leadership development training for 5th through 12th grade students; organizing, arranging, and conducting youth athletic events; encouraging youth sports and physical education by organizing, sanctioning, conducting, regulating, and governing youth athletic programs and activities; college counseling services, namely, assisting students in applying for scholarships and financial aid, finding colleges and universities, and completing the college admissions processes
