Fruit-flavored beverages containing hemp seed, hemp seed extract, or hemp seed oil, derived solely from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of less than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, and not containing any CBD, not containing marijuana, and not containing any cannabis, that is compliant with the Controlled Substances Act.
