Association services by a citizens group, namely, promoting the interests of current and former military, Reserves, veterans, National Guard, firefighters, peace officers, elected officials, and anyone who takes an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States by advocating its members disregard any order they receive that they believe violates the U.S. Constitution
