Promoting public awareness about the harms of hate and efforts to prevent and contain the spread of all forms of hate; promoting the interests of people concerned with community building and promoting messages about positive school climates; promoting public awareness about restorative justice theory and bringing restorative practices into school climates

Educational services, namely, conducting programs featuring providing anti-hate and hate prevention education to groups and individuals, mediation training, conflict de-escalation training, organizational equity training, equity in leadership training, implicit bias training, restorative justice and restorative circle dialogue training, school discipline training, campus conflict and challenges response training, nonexclusionary school discipline and school management training; Entertainment services in the nature of organization social entertainment events, namely, organizing and carrying out anti-hate and hate prevention events, meetings, gatherings; Community outreach services in the nature of training in the field of means of assisting communities and providing effective crisis response teams and crisis management for reduction in hateful activity, hateful conduct, and hate crimes

Dispute resolution services, namely, low-cost, pro-bono, and government- funded mediation, mediation in justice centers for family court, small claims court, and unlawful detainer, and dispute resolution involving disputes arising from or related to hateful conduct and hate crimes; civil investigation services relating to hate activity, hateful conduct, and hate crimes; legal investigation services relating to hateful activity, hateful conduct, and hate crimes; providing counseling to victims of hate crimes and hateful conduct
