Arranging and conducting incentive reward programs to promote distributed energy generation and utilization; providing incentive award programs for the purpose of promoting and rewarding energy usage; administration of a reward program which monetizes consumer energy utilization by providing incentives to control or influence the operation of a customer's energy technology; all of the foregoing in the nature of a rewards program pertaining to a distributed energy resource management system for creating virtual power plants
