Cellular radio diagnostic and monitoring devices used to monitor channel usage, gather statistics on the number of calls and how they are switched in a cellular radio system, and identify and follow specific test telephone numbers in a cellular system; Radio receiver, computer equipment and software for decoding and analyzing signals received by the radio receiver to monitor user specified frequency bands for paging activity, to record traffic activity on different paging standards, and to identify paging addresses and/or messages; Computer software with statistical analysis functions for analyzing marketing and engineering data related to cellular usage and traffic activity; Computer software and hardware which interfaces with cellular radios or general receivers and with global positioning receivers which is used to determine the location of the cellular radios or general receivers in real time; Computer software used for translating data received by a radio receiver into a format suitable for printing, mapping, or displaying; Computer program for wireless signal measurement; portable measuring instruments, namely, a portable receiver for receiving and analyzing radio frequency signals; and paging repeater for receiving radio frequency paging signals and for retransmitting such signals locally
