Real estate services, namely soliciting and facilitating the brokerage of membership and ownership interests in vacation and other real estate properties; assisting purchasers with the acquisition and maintenance of membership and ownership interests in vacation real estate properties, and assisting members with any cancellation of membership interests and for any conversion of the same into equity ownership interests, and assisting equity owners with any brokerage of such interests and the acquisition, ownership, lease, rental, management and brokerage of real estate properties; real estate services, namely acquisition services, lease, rental, management and brokerage of vacation and other real estate properties

Building and construction services, namely the development, construction, and renovation of new and existing vacation and other real estate properties
