Herbal supplements for sublingual use containing hemp-derived cannabinoids with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (thc) concentration of not greater than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; Edible products infused with hemp-derived cannabinoids with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (thc) concentration of not greater than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; CBD, cannabinoids, and hemp related products and derivatives, namely, extracts, oils, powders, salves, pastes, creams, tablets, capsules, gels, resins, concentrates, hashes, shatters, butters, tinctures and waxes containing a delta-9 THC concentration of no more than .3% on a dry weight basis; hemp tinctures, namely, oral medicated tinctures containing extracts that are derived solely from hemp with less than .3% thc on a dry weight basis, and not containing cbd; herbs for promoting wellness, the foregoing containing federallylawful materials including, among others, materials which are derived from hemp with a delta-9 thc concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis and which do not contain greater than naturally-occurring levels of cbd; gummy vitamins; gummy bear vitamins; nutritional supplements in the form of gummies; hemp gummies as vitamins and supplements, containing hemp-based ingredients derived solely from hemp seed oil; all of the foregoing containing ingredients derived solely from hemp containing less than .3% thc on a dry weight basis and none of the foregoing containing cbd
