educational services and training by conducting courses, seminars, workshops and individual training in the following areas - organizational communication, human resource management, developing leadership, managerial, supervisory and effective communications skills, team building and integration, conflict management; enhancing personal and professional skills, namely, motivation, creativity, time management, planning and organization, productivity, and work ethics; diversity/multicultural training, language training; and the development and distribution of manuals, reports, videotapes, diskettes and compact discs in connection with such educational services and training
