PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING SERVICES FOR HANDICAPPED, DISABLED AND DISADVANTAGED PERSONS; AND PROVIDING COURSES AND SEMINARS TO TRAIN AND DEVELOP PERSONNEL FOR ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE REHABILITATION, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONAL GROWTH FOR HANDICAPPED, DISABLED AND DISADVANTAGED PERSONS
