golfer's refers to people who partake of the game of golf played on a grass golf course consisting of normally nine or eighteen starting points known as tees. At these tees, the golfer uses golf clubs to hit the golf ball, most commonly white in color, into the golf hole four inches in diameter located on a green. The green is composed of close-cut grass and the golfer uses a golf putter on the golf green to put the golf ball into the hole. The golf bag is the container used to keep the golf clubs together and to carry the golf clubs from one tee to the next. The golf bag is most commonly made of heavy cloth, leather, or vinyl with a solid base made of a hard composite material. Tote is defined as a means to move, carry, or convey the golf bag from one location to another without the golfer having to physically lift and carry the said bag containing golf clubs to the start of play. The collective phrase Golfer's Bag-Tote refers to a device that enables the golfer to transport the golf bag containing golf clubs from a point distant from the playing area to the location where play begins. This is accomplished with use of the Golfer's Bag-Tote which is constructed of a flat oval metal plate upon which the golfer places the golf bag on the plate in an upright position. On the top surface of the plate are front and rear brackets to stabilize the golfer's golf bag. On the bottom front surface of the plate are two rubber wheels to make possible the rolling of the golf bag from one point to another when it contains golf clubs. The Golfer's Bag-Tote is designed so that when a golfer tips the bag containing golf clubs toward the wheels at the front, the golf bag can be rolled to a new location rather than hoisted onto the shoulder of the golfer. The benefit of this device is to ease the difficulty of moving the golf bag to and from the point of play, and the Golfer's Bag-Tote is designed to fit securely on a motorized cart during play. Suitability of this device is intended for the golfer using a motorized cart in play, and it is not appropriate or recommended for the walking golfer during play
