Financial planning and advice to public agencies; financial consulting for the public sector; financial services, namely, providing on-going funding for public agencies via bonds and other financial instruments; financial consulting services, namely, assisting districts and other public agencies regarding special assessment districts, property tax collection, municipal bond issues and collection services; financial consulting services, namely, assisting districts, cities and other municipal agencies regarding revenue generation; providing financial advice to public agencies, school districts and community college districts that have reached their tax rate cap but still have authorized bonds that cannot be issued to seek voter reauthorization of their unissued bonds
