Charitable services, namely, providing training in how to recruit, train, and manage employees with special needs, and distribution of training materials in connection therewith; organizing and arranging fairs and exhibitions featuring sports and games; conducting a festival promoting public awareness of the importance of sports, games, and other physical activities for the physical and psychological rehabilitation of persons with disabilities
