Providing an online web-based, information delivery and collaboration portal featuring non-downloadable computer software that permits geotechnical engineers to convey their work product to the stakeholders of a site's design team, namely, owners, architects, structural engineers, construction managers and contractors, and for these stakeholders to review such work product, provide clarification in the nature of posting comments, create and access schedules and otherwise collaborate on the various geotechnical aspects of a project's design and which allows for the staged delivery of the geotechnical engineer's work, exchange of and commentary on draft documents, and delivery of a final geotechnical report
