environmental consulting and engineering services, namely hazardous and industrial waste and spill site investigation and remediation engineering; environmental permitting and compliance auditing and consulting; environmental litigation support in the nature of factual and technical expert witnesses; environmental site assessment and due diligence evaluation for real estate and business acquisitions; underground and aboveground hazardous waste, fuel, gas, and chemical tank management and compliance assistance; geotechnical consulting and soils engineering; and, water supply evaluation, development and protection, namely identification and investigation of ground water protection zones in accordance with federal and state guidance and regulations, survey of industrial and commercial activities within such zones, and recommended operating permitting and regulatory requirements for such activities
