Party planning consulting and party design services, namely, special event consulting and party planning services for individuals and businesses where the purpose of the event is social, including parties, launch parties, award parties, wedding receptions, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, and celebrations, but excluding organizing professional networking and socializing events for business purposes in the fields of innovation and technology, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and business marketing, strategies and development, and excluding arranging and conducting special events for business purposes
