Charitable services, namely, cleaning up of garbage in or around specific locations such as parks, forest preserves, neighborhoods, pubic areas, beaches, concerts, festivals, streets and public roads, interstates, highways,schools, universities, campuses, private parties, weddings, festivals, and similar places or events; provision of information, advise and consultancy in relation to waste removal
