Association services to promote diversity within the winery as well as the community in general on behalf of minority workers, minority employees, minority students and minority jobseekers; providing charitable services, namely, organizing and conducting volunteer programs and community service projects to promote diversity; business networking, specifically in and for the benefit of the African American community; employment counseling and recruiting, specifically within and for the benefit of the African American community; human resources consultation and management to improve diversity by supporting the business development goals and objectives of minorities by allowing employees to exercise their talents and improve on weaknesses, including providing the opportunity to learn and work with personnel and to lead projects and initiatives; Business consultation in the field of business leadership development for minorities in order to improve diversity, performed as part of a human resource initiative to allow employees to exercise their talents and improve on weaknesses, including providing the opportunity to learn and work with personnel and to lead projects and initiatives; Counseling in the field of business and human resources, namely, counseling in the field of promoting diversity in business
