Bar and Arena services, namely providing indoor and outdoor facilities for sports, concerts, conventions, social gatherings and exhibitions all on or near the Fort Lauderdale beach, appealing to homosexual individuals and/or organizations and travel agency services mainly coordinating and conducting reservations and bookings for temporary lodging and restaurants for tourists who attend said functions
