Fully Furnished is a (self-contained hybrid) real estate design tv show. Each episode interior designers from around the world will compete to re-imagine the developer's apartment spaces in New York City with one goal, to create the highest rent per square foot with their design. Starting with the initial pitch to Alanna, who will guide them with her interior design expertise in the industry, to negotiating the project's budget with Anthony, each episode will follow the designer's visions from start to finish
