Advocacy services, namely, arranging and conducting grassroots lobbying activities, public policy and public engagement campaigns to promote the conservation, preservation, stewardship, and public awareness of the Columbia River Gorge; legislative and regulatory advocacy services, namely, promoting the interests of conservation, protection, and preservation of the Columbia River Gorge; legal advocacy services, namely, promoting the protection and enhancement of the Columbia River Gorge by ensuring compliance with the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Act and other laws

Education services, namely, providing and organizing trainings, programs, workshops, educational events, field trips, hikes, and conferences in the fields of environmental and land conservation in the Columbia River Gorge; creating, installing and maintaining walking trails and interpretive signage in the Columbia River Gorge; providing print and electronic media and a website featuring information on recreation activities and conservation work in the Columbia River Gorge

Land conservation services, namely, acquisition, stewardship, restoration and protection of land for the purposes of conservation and preservation of the Columbia River Gorge; providing a website featuring information about land use and environmental conservation in the Columbia River Gorge
