Financial services, namely, identifying, analyzing and/or approving equity or quasi-equity investments in international projects having an impact on the raising or maintenance of the level of employment or the economic activity in the Province of Quebec; providing funds for refundable project development costs incurred with projects undertaken with other governmental programs; developing strategic alliances with appropriate financial institutions for the promotion of financial investments
