Providing emotional and spiritual counseling and emotional and spiritual support services for abused and at-risk young women, teen mothers, and wards of the state, namely, through daily Bible study groups, individual and group counseling sessions with trained and volunteer staff, and regular church gatherings and retreats. Religious and spiritual services, namely, providing gatherings and retreats to develop and enhance the spiritual lives of individuals and to discover individuals' strengths and weaknesses and likes and dislikes
