Heat recovery and pollution control system, namely, a tower system comprising heat exchangers, gas inlets and outlets, optimized heat transfer mediums, liquid loading distributors, demister, integrated buffer and hot water accumulation tank, fans, holding tanks, chemical injection pumps, agitators, water level controls, pH temperature, and pressure sensors, flow meters, pumps, connecting piping, electrical power supplies, and electronic control panels which utilizes exhaust gases from boilers and incinerators to reclaim heat from such exhaust gases, and returns such reclaimed heat to current or new systems requiring heat as their source of, or part thereof energy, and which then, in part or in whole, cleans the emissions of such gases to a pre-determined level
