FLOW STOP

Regulating apparatus and safety apparatus for water supply plants for controlling material flow, namely, valves and faucets that are housed in a building close to a main water supply plant for turning off a flow of fluid material during an emergency as a result of signals that are received from different sensors distributed in the building informing about water leaking from the the water supply system anywhere in the building, for closing the same and stopping fluid flow to the building before severe damage can occur and apparatus for turning off flow of other material, it being necessary to manually move a piston and/or spring type device actuated by hand or automatically to open the valve or the like once the same has been turned off
