Promoting community activities and services that create safe environments for children and meet the special needs of young people through print, radio, television, various community events, and the Internet, in order to focus on hands on initiatives to provide necessities for needy children, and to promote safety and safe activities for the youth; Promoting the public awareness of community services that meet children's need and the need of others to participate in the community to further child based programs, recognize and reward family/child based community action, to inspire others to participate in family/child based programs
