Short term funding with an exit buyer in place prior to funding with a seller, investor and exit buyer, where there are two fully funded standalone transactions, where one transaction is the seller selling to the investor and the second transaction where the investor is selling to the exit buyer; whereby the services are provided between the seller and the investor for funding the seller to investor transaction to facilitate back-to-back closings
