Physical fitness consultation; physical fitness instruction; walking and activity programs to promote physical fitness including use of pedometers to measure walking activity; providing on-line information concerning physical fitness; providing information through a website via a global computer network on the subject of fitness, namely, customized daily exercise plans and strategies; providing value-added programs that encourage physical fitness and health, namely, providing subsidized fitness consultation and training services to members of health insurance, preferred provider organizations, health maintenance organizations and other managed care organizations; and conducting incentive award programs to promote excellence in the field of physical fitness, nutrition and health.
