"F*iT N Play" is a business and a mindset. I am a personal trainer that takes movement to a level of being a Big Kid again. The "F" can represent any word such as Fuel, Fire, Feel, Free, Find, and of course F**k but it can be what you want it to be that gets you up and moving the body.
