FIRST RESPONDER

Administration of a discount program for enabling first responders, primarily law enforcement, and fire/EMT personnel, with a discount card to obtain discounts at participating retail, restaurant, hotel, rental car, airline and other travel related establishments, specifically excluding insurance related services and providing at no cost the cards to the first responders
