Sporting goods, namely, action balls composed of uncoated rubber, rubber covered with nylon flocking, plastic, foam, cotton, polyethylene, vinyl, leather, and suede, and scoops for throwing and receiving the action balls, and an action game consisting of such action balls and scoops sold as a unit, said game to be used for exercising dogs and to be played primarily outdoors by a dog owner and the owner's dog
