Entertainment services, namely, special event planning for social entertainment purposes in the nature of an annual celebration of exceptional Napa Valley food and wine accompanied by music, gourmet wine and food tastings, chef demonstrations and lectures; arranging and conducting an annual celebration of exceptional Napa Valley food and wine accompanied by music, gourmet wine and food tastings, and chef demonstrations entertainment services in the nature of producing arts and cultural events featuring live theater, dance, and musical performances; organizing and arranging exhibitions for entertainment purposes, namely, curated culinary, wine, and fitness exhibitions for entertainment purposes
