Computer services, namely, providing a Web-based system and online portal featuring online non-downloadable software that enables clinical study and clinical trial sponsors, contract research organizations and research investigators conducting clinical studies and clinical trials to submit documents for such studies and trials to, and receive documents from, the institutional review board, track their submissions, and track and monitor study, trial and site approvals, but excluding computer services for providing operational efficiencies for the monitoring within hospitals of patient placement, patient transport, procedure status, and management of hospital professionals and staff
