unique computer program subroutine which will store and process entire date values beyond the year 2000, to be used with existing programming systems, utilizing the currently allocated space; this program, called "FAST2000", will enable large corporations a faster, less expensive, alternative to permit their core systems to execute properly using year 2000 dates
