Maintenance services, namely, evaluation and updating of computer networks and telecommunications and communications equipment; providing information and advice related to the foregoing maintenance services, computer and communications network installation

Computer consultation services; computer and communications network planning, design and operation services; transition management, namely assisting customers in the transition and consolidation of existing SONET, ATM, IP/MPLS, OSS and other such communications networks to more advanced optical Ethernet networks; and integration of computer systems, data networks, and technical support networks such as those conducted via telephone or a global computer network; network management for others, namely, monitoring the status and operational capability of the telecommunications networks of others; and systems integration, for enhancing, optimizing, and upgrading optical telecommunications and computer data networking systems (including SONET, WDM, IP/MPLS, and OSS)
