Entertainment in the nature of a multi-day, culinary event where chefs and restaurant owners create a menu using food from local and family owned farms, as well as provide wines and beer made using local ingredients such as grapes and hops; Organizing community festivals featuring primarily the food and produce of local, family owned farmers, chefs, and restaurant owners and also providing wine, beer, and spirits made with local ingredients
