Laboratory performance assessment services, namely, assessing and testing the performance and proficiency of laboratories that test foodstuffs, beverages, water, soil and genetically modified food materials, in relation to their standards and practices to ensure compliance with environmental, food and beverage, and agricultural regulations; assessment of laboratory equipment, testing and analysis methods, and staff of laboratories that test foodstuffs, beverages, water, soil and genetically modified food materials, in relation to standards and practices to ensure compliance with environmental, food and beverage, and agricultural industry regulations; providing information and advisory and consultancy services relating to the foregoing services
