Providing outpatient care, namely, drug and alcohol programs providing long-term drug and alcohol abuse treatment services for women and women with children and assessment, outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial drug and alcohol abuse treatment services for men and women; providing outpatient care, namely, psychiatric, psychological and behavioral health services to men and women; and providing outpatient care, namely, therapeutic services for children and their families through interventions, support services, and therapy in the home, school, and community for families who have significant emotional or behavioral disturbances

Case management services, namely, providing counseling services in the field of personal support services for families, employment, education, emotional counseling, and emotional support, for the developmentally disabled, those with mental health diagnoses, and troubled and at-risk youth and their families
