A magnetic multimedia CD-ROM sold to the public as a means of raising funds for contracted charities, and raising funds for individual scholarships, as well as promoting ecommerence. The CD-ROM contains entertainment; information and discounts from contracted ecommerence merchants. The discounts are good only to the CD-ROM holders and are redeemable upon purchase. Proceeds from the ecommerence purchase are deposited into the CD-ROM holder's individual scholarship fund.
