Counseling in the field of developing, strengthening and sustaining well-balanced families and family relationships; providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for children, adolescents and young adults, and for troubled and at-risk youth and their families; providing personal support services for patients and families of patients, namely, emotional counseling and emotional support; providing special emotional counseling, case management services in the nature of coordinating social and psychological care and peer emotional support services for families and caregivers for the purpose of reducing risk and promoting well-being for LGBT children, adolescents and young adults
